Round Metal Powder Sieving Machine Powder Sifter Machine Vibrating Screen
Vibrating screen is a commonly used fine screening equipment, suitable for screening powder, granular and slurry materials, is a collection of impurities, classification, filtration as one of the vibrating screening equipment. The vertical vibration motor as the excitation source, three will be the motor rotation motion into horizontal, vertical, tilt three dimensional motion, and then the motion is transferred to the screen surface, so that the material on the screen surface to do outside expanding involute motion, in order to complete the material impurity removal, classification, filtration.
Vibration screen is composed of screen cover, screen frame, motor (vibration source), vibration isolation spring, base and other parts. The screen cover is composed of a feed port and a inclined cone, and its lower end is connected with the screen frame. The screen cover and screen frame are connected by a clasp (or a flange) and there is a gasket between the screen cover and screen frame. The screen frame is composed of steel plate coil welding, is the main vibration part of the rotary vibration screen, the upper and lower ends are provided with a ring, the lower is provided with a flange ring, used to fix the screen components and other structures. The vibration source is composed of vertical vibration motor, motor frame support and vibration transfer body. The vibration isolation spring is composed of a spring, a spring support (steel cylinder with internal thread at one end), a screw and a spring washer.

Working principle
