Product Description
As a very widely used vertical conveying equipment, bucket elevator is divided into ring chain, plate chain and belt three types. According to the speed of the hopper running speed is different, the bucket elevator can be divided into: centrifugal discharge, gravity discharge and mixed discharge three forms. Centrifugal discharge bucket speed is faster, suitable for conveying powder, granular, small block and other small grinding and polishing materials; The bucket speed of gravity discharge is slow, which is suitable for conveying blocky, large proportion and large grinding and dressing materials, such as limestone and clinker.

Working principle
The hopper scoops the material from the storage below, and as the conveyor belt or chain is raised to the top, it flips down around the jacking wheel, and the bucket elevator dumps the material into the receiving tank. The transmission belt of the bucket elevator with transmission is generally made of rubber belt, which is installed on the transmission drum under or above and the reversing drum above and below. Chain driven bucket elevators are generally equipped with two parallel transmission chains, with a pair of transmission sprockets above or below, and a pair of directional sprockets below or above. Bucket elevators are generally equipped with a housing to prevent dust from flying in the bucket elevator.
