This series Vibrating sieve is a kind of high precision fine powder screening machine, 

works by the upright motor as vibration source, installed on both ends of the motor on the eccentric hammer, the motor rotation movement into horizontal vertical slope of three dimensional movement, then pass the movement to the screen surface at the ends of the regulation on the phaseAngle, can change the course of movement on the surface of the material in the screen, vibration due to its operation principle, many enterprises are also called the three dimensional vibrating 

screen filter, according to shape structure is part of the customers' call for circular screen. 

By means of hammer(unbalance hammer)mounted along the motor shaft, HYS Series 3-D Vibrating Sieve convert the rotation of the motor into a 3-D movement, i.e. horizontal, vertical and inclined movement, and then the 3-D movement is transferred to the screen surface, which leads to an involutes movement of the materials on the screen surface. That’s why it is also called the Rotary Vibrating Screen. Rotary Vibrating Screen can handle the material into the Precision Screening or Probability screening by adjust the upper and lower ends of the phase angle of the hammer so as to change the movement trajectories of materials on the screen surface.It has the feature of long trajectory of materials and high utilization rate of screen surface. 

a. Grading
Each of vibration sieve can screen and separate precisely and continuously,the Multi-layer type can screen and separate five groups of
different particles at a time. It is suitable for dry materials. 

b. Remove the impurities
The vibration sieve can quickly separate a few oversize or undersize particles from a quantity of materials. 

c.  Solid-liquid separation
The mixture of solid and liquid can be separated effectively by single or multi-layer type into different grade materials.
