Circular Vibrating sifter is a kind of high efficient sieving equipment which often is used for impurity removal or grading for powder, particle liquid etc. It can be used for wet or dry material filtering and sieving. The rotary vibrating screen’s working principle is the eccentric weight installed in the electrical axis transform the motor's rotary motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three dimensional movement, then this movement passed to the screen surface. By adjusting the upper and lower ends of eccentric weight’s phase angle, which can change the trajectories of materials on the screen surface.

Main working principles:

The vertical vibrating motor is the vibrating power of the machine, There are two eccentric blocks on the vibrating motor's

upper and down. The eccentric blocks mainly make cubic element movement (horizonal, up-down, and tilting) when the

motor working. By changing the eccentric block's included angle (the upper and down) and numbers, the track that material

moves on the mesh, will be changed So that the screening target will be realized.
