Working Principle
Mining trommel screen, is mainly composed of motor, reducer, roller device, frame, sealing cover, inlet and outlet.
The roller device is installed on the machine frame.
The motor is connected with the roller device through a coupling through a speed reducer, and the driving roller device rotates around the axis.
When the material enters the cylinder device, due to tilting and rotating drum device, so that the screen material turnover and rolling, the qualified materials (sieve products) by a cylindrical screen discharge, the unqualified materials (sieve products) by the end of the discharge.
Because the material inside the drum turning, rolling, so that the material stuck in the sieve can be ejected, prevent clogging.

Using Scope
Trommer Sieve is a special designed classifying equipments for power plant, coking plant, building materials, metallurgy, chemiical industry, mining and so on , which improved classifying system's production capacity and reliability.
It is mainly applied to quarry factory to classify big and small size stones, and separate slime and stone powder, quarry factory is use to sand and stone separation, coal industry use to lump coal and powder coal separation and washing (parts of coal; Washing plant), chemical industry, mineral processing industry for big size and small size classification and de-sliming or de-watering.

Introduction of Trommel Screen
1. Trommel drum screen is mainly consists of motor, reducer, drum units, sealing cover, support, etc.
2. Inclination of drum equipment, motor is connected by reducer & the drum unit, the drive drum rotate around its axis.
