Product Description
Bucket elevator conveying dry product or solid product from low to high, supply automatic continuous conveying operation.
At the top of the conveyor, the bucket rotates over and dumps the product out. The bucket then travels down the back side of the frame to be filled again. A bucket elevator has two chains which carry the buckets. The buckets are closely spaced together allowing for a nearly continuous flow of product.
Adjusting transfer speeds could up and down conveying capacity. Lifting height is selected as your Location design request.
Advantage
1. The elevator and electronic metering scale shall be used together,control circuit is used to control the position of the material,realizing automatic feeding and stopping function.
2. The elevator is made of stainless steel.
3.Bucket elevator adopts inflow feeding, gravity induced discharge, and use large capacity hopper.
4.The traction parts adopt wear-resistant chains and steel wire belt to extend the service life of the traction parts.
5.Bucket elevator runs smoothly, generally the lifting height is 40m or even higher.
6. Multiple discharges can be pneumatically controlled.
7. Vertical lifting can save floor space, and power loss is small, because the accumulation of material in the bucket, has been in a relatively static state during transport, it is not caused by transport damage.
Application
Bucket elevator conveyor is designed for vertical transport powder, granular materials and small block and small materials such as grinding: coal, cement, stone, sand, clay, ore or dry mortar and other industries, for construction, chemical and food stuff.
