Horizontal Fertilizer Gyro Vibro Separator Machine With Standard Motors
Working Principle
Gyratory sieving machine utilizes a gyratory-reciprocating motion, gyratory screener gives a combination of actions to the materials as it passes along the screen surface. It begins with a horizontal circular motion at the feed end, gradually changes to changes to elliptical motion at the center, and finally to a straight-line motion at the discharge end, keeping the material in constant contact with the screen surface without deterioration.
Main Features
1. Greater accuracy. Full material flow on all mesh screens providing accurate grading and separation
2. Lower noise. The quality springs between machine base and vibrating body slow down the noise to less than 60 decibels
3. Easy to operation and lower maintenance. The design of the vibrator housing on these separators allow for standard motors to be used rather than vibratory type,keeping maintenance costs to a minimum.
4. Reduces cleaning downtime. The unit disassembles quickly and easily without the need for tools. All contact parts are fully washable.
