Product Introduction
DY laboratory test sieve adopts new type power generator that generates multivariate high-frequency vibration to sieve and filter samples efficiently.Meanwhile ,its standard screen makes sure sample analysis of high precision .At the same time,it uses upright motor as the source of vibration, The vertical motor, which is installed with eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, is regarded as vibratory source. The eccentric hammers change the track of rotation into horizontal, vertical and inclined movement, and then pass the movement to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weight can change trajectories of the materials on the sieve.
Product Features
1. This test sieve shaker has low working noise(<50dB), high efficiency, and high precision(>95%).
2. Multi-dimensional vibration can be created, making the sieving process highly efficient.
3. The standard screen can guarantee the high precision of the analysis.
4. A timer is available for the motors of our test sieve shaker. Different sieves with different meshes can be used to screen a certain kind of material for a same period of time, ensuring that data are comparable, and the data’s error is reduced to a low level. Thus you can access the material quality accurately by this premium shaker.
