Mining Using Circular Vibrating Screen With Durable And Long Using Life
Main Features
1. It uses eccentric block to produce strong exciting force.
2. Crossbeam and the main body of the screen are connected with high strength screw bolts. So they have the features of simple structure and easy maintenance.
3. It adopts tire coupling with capability of flexible connection and stable operation.
4. It adopts the structure of small amplitude, high frequency, large obliquity to make the screen hold the capability of high efficiency, large handling capacity, long life span, low consumption and little noise.
Working Principle
The motor make the exciter eccentric producing high-speed rotation through the triangle belt. The operation of the eccentric produce great centrifugal force, exciting the screen box to do a certain amplitude circular motion. The materials on the sieve get the impulse from the screen box on the inclined screen surface to do continuous casting movement. During the process of encounter between materials and screen surface, the granule smaller than the sieve will go through the sieve to achieve classification.
