Product Description
Swing type tumbler vibrating screen machine is an efficient sieving machine which is designed to meet the large output, high-density sieving of the manufacturer. The simplest sieving method is using your hands with the staring of your eyes.
Tumbler sieving machine is the mechanical simulation for this, it is the most effective principle which takes the most effective simulation of the artificial sieving movement (sieving precision, efficiency, service life is 5-10 times than common cylinder sieve), for the processing of all the fine and ultra-fine powder and special materials, particularly suitable for materials which are difficult to classify.
Screening Schemes

Features
1. Basic rotary motion is similar to artificial sieving, eccentricity ratio is adjustable from 25 to 40mm, low speed V-belt drive is adjustable from 120 to 360rpm.
2. 5 times output per unit area than normal vibrating scree.
3. Accurate to six grade screening.
4. Screening efficiency ≥95%.
5. Use silicone balls, rubber balls, ultrasonic and drum brush for clearing mesh cloth.

Working Principle
This circular vibrating screen uses horizontal vibration motor or special vibration exciter as its vibration source. The horizontal vibration motor and vibration exciter have a eccentric block at the both their upper and lower sides.
By adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the material on the screen can change the movement locus,achieving suitable screening performance.
