Introduction
Vibrating screen is a kind of mature technology, general and tend to be standardized classic sieving equipment, which can meet the requirements for most materials in grading granules, sieving powders and solids-liquids separation.
It is one of the traditional filter, impurities removal sieve and sizes grading machine, widely used all over the world.
Working Principle
The rotary vibrating screen, as a piece of powdery material screening equipment, uses vertical vibration motor or special vibration exciter as its vibration source.
The vibration motor and vibration exciter have an eccentric block at the both upper and lower sides. The eccentric blocks can generate a three-dimensional movement in horizontal, vertical and inclined direction.
By adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the material on the screen can change the movement locus, achieving suitable screening performance.
