It is used to test, screen, grade, analyse the particles, analyse debris content of solid, powder, slurry feed materials and so on in the scientific research units, laboratories, testing labs, production and control, especially to sieve those super hard materials screening such as diamond.
Working Principle
Motor drive the gear to the spindle axis through the timing belt, the spindle axis rotate as the required rotational speed after the gear changing the speed. The spindle axis driven the eccentric to make the skateboard reciprocate, thus driving the two groups sieves which the apertures order from large to small and installed on the slide tray of the skateboard to shake right and left.
At the same time, the spindle axis drive the mandril gear to rotate, after changing speed the mandril gear hit the mandril by cams, the mandril make the hammer hit the cover of the test sieve up and down, making the material on the sieves shake back and forth and up and down. so that the material particles whose size is less than sieve mesh fall into the lower sieves.
Through screening layer by layer, leaving the same size material on each sieve.
