Introduction
The vacuum conveyor consist of vacuum pump (no oil and water), stainless steel suction tube, flexible hose, PE filter or SUS316 filter, compressed air cleaning device, pneumatic discharge device, vacuum hopper and automatic level control device. Features
Without Mechanical vacuum pump, Pneumatic vacuum feeder transports the materials by a vacuum generator compressing the air.
It has strengthen of simple structure, small size, easy maintenance, low noise, easy control, zero electrostatic and conformity with GMP. Standard The generated high vacuum make the transported materials avoid being layered, and grantee the uniformity of the mixed materials.

Application
Vacuum feeding machine can automatically convey materials to grinding machine, mixing machine, sifting machine, packaging machines, injection molding machine, and other equipment in the hopper.
Working Principle
The automatic feeding machine is the process of moving bulk dry materials, such as powders, from pick-up place A to destination place B within a factory using suction.
The material is transferred in a network of tubing from the pick-up point or source to the customer’s process. Most Vacuum conveying system transfer product based on a timed interval to the vacuum receiver. During conveying, the material is entrained in the air stream and there is an almost equal part of air and product.
At the end of the timed sequence the discharge valve can open and the conveyed material can discharge into the process
