Specification
This screen machines can be placed 1-7 layer test sieves, so that the material on the test sieves can be screened, classified, filtered effectively.
Since the sieves can shaking up and down with a high frequency, the material is thrown from the mesh.
The material is sticky hardly, thus increasing the efficiency of screening. If the dry sieves normally used, it can screen to 20um (635 mesh). If adding the negative pressure device we designed, it can screen materials to 5um. Thus solving problem that the Ultra-fine powders is hard to screen.

Working Principle
Test sieve shaker has new vertical motor as vibration source. Eccentric hammers are installed on both ends of vibration motor, generating a horizontal, vertical, inclined three-dimensional motion.
Vibration force is passed through the screen frame chassis standard sieve box and materials to achieve excellent classification. The trajectory of the material in the sieve surface can be changed by adjusting the phase angle of the eccentric weights under. At the same time, the run time can be set on the timer, ensure that the material is fully graded.
