Introduction
The Tumbler sieve machine is particularly used to classify small materials and fine powder according to its unique structure and working principle. It is not only apply to dry sieving, but also wet sieving.
It is widely used in mine, building material, metallurgy, foundry, abrasive material, chemical, light industry, medical, food and other industry.
Working Principle
The basic principle of vibration screening filter is that the heavy hammers (unbalanced heavy hammers) installed up and down on the electrical axis change the motor rotary motion into three dimension-horizontal, vertical,and tilt movement, then pass the movement to the screen surface.
To adjust the phase angle of heavy hammer with the upper and the lower ends can change the materials trajectories on the screen surface.
Function
1. Sizing: segregate dry power or particles into various sizes.
2. Removing: get rid of a small quantity of impurity.
3. Filtering: solid-liquid separating.
Features of the Rotary Vibrating Screen
1) Any mucus can be screened.
2) The aperture do not block, can be screened up to 500 mesh, or 0.028mm.
3) Changing sieve just need 3-5 minutes.

XZS-400 rotary vibrating screen's configurations
1. Vertical vibrating motor power is 0.25kw.
2. Sieve surface diameter is 360mm.
3. Height of sieve frame is 90mm,thickness is 1.5mm.
4. Vibration disk is stretch forming, motor flange thickness is 4mm.
5. Bottom barrel flange thickness is 5mm, barrel thickness is 2mm.
6. Including sealing strips and corresponding mesh sieve.
7. Parts from top to bottom: sieve cover, top frame, sieve mesh, bottom net, net rack, bottom frame, springs, vibration disk,vibrating motor, bottom barrel.
