Description
Z type bucket elevator conveyor(also called bucket conveyor) consists of frame, buckets, chains, sprockets, control box and other accessory are used to vertically convey bulk or loose materials efficiently.
Bucket elevators can elevate a variety of bulk materials from light to heavy and from loose, flowing fine materials to larger, partially fragile objects. There are options for buckets that are gentle on high value consumer products such as cereals, pasta, confectionery, coins, animal feet and the like.

Applicable Fields of Belt Conveyor
It mainly applies to vertically hoist granule of food, grain,feed, plastics and chemical sectors. Elevator hopper is risen by the chain, vertically elevating bulk materials and small particles. It has circuit control and switch that realize stopping and feeding automatically. With the advantages of big hoist capacity and height.
Working Principle
The buckets carry the raw materials from the bottom of machine, and lift them to the top with the rotation of chain, turn down after by passing the wheel at the top and throw down the materials into the receiving tank.
And the bucket elevator usually are enclosed which can prevent the dust flying in a mess in the bucket elevator.
