Introduction
The optimized flat belt conveyor and troughed belt conveyor are continuous conveyors for the transport of different bulk materials.
Designed for maximum conveying capacity at continuous operation in conjunction with its high oil and grease resistant rubber sliding belt, and with the installation option for various systems for belt cleaning, safety and automatic operating, the flat belt conveyors are applicable for the transport of different materials like metal, waste, wood, biomass, coal, plastics, alternative fuel, fertilizer etc.

As to the impact idler is to protect the conveying belt in the receiving part. |
| Tension Device’s function | 1) Making the belt has enough tension to guarantee the carrier roller without slippage. 2) To limit the deflection of conveyor belt in every supporting to make it operate normally. |

Working Principle
The conveyor belt machine is mainly composed of rack, conveying belt, belt roller, tension device and driving device.
The rack is connected with excellent steel plate, and there are belt roller and carrier roller for driving and supporting the conveying belt, and there are two driving methods: reduction motor drive and motorized pulley drive.
