Introduction

Continuous mixer should be used with combination of feeding equipment.
The coulter mixer focus on mixing, it can also be used as conveyor. With the special inner structure, it can adapt to a certain range of the feeding speed to achieve relevant productivity. With the uniform speed feeding equipment, it can mix material in a wide range, and make sure the consistency and stability of all the product.
Features
1. It is a new type efficient powder mixing machine. It is widely used in chemical, paint, pharmaceutical, food, animal feed, fuel, metallurgy, mining and other sectors of solid - solid, solid-liquid mixing, as well as humidification granulation, drying, concentration and other complex processes.
2. The machine consists of the transmission part, horizontal cylinder, coulter group shaft, fly cutter group, outlet valve, and spray device.
3. The transmission part includs the cycloidal pinwheel reducer and the coupling. It plays parts in transferring the motor's movement into the needed speed and torque and passing to the shaft.
4. The shell is made of rolled steel plates and used for containing materials. There are a number of holes in the tube for access and observation uses.

Working Principle
Agglomerating materials, such as fiber or powder with moisture or condensation, can be broken up and separated by using high-speed flying knife installed in the plough blade mixer and the convection and circulation effect formed when the plough blade mixer mixes the materials.
The high speed flying knife is installed at a 45 degree Angle under the side of the mixing barrel of the plough knife mixer, and the cutting head is extended into the barrel. During stirring, the material is driven to the effective range of the flying knife by the plough knife, and is subject to the high speed shearing of the flying knife.
