Introduction
1. Our company specializes in the production of test sieves and corresponding standard sieve shakers for more than 20 years. Screen cloth of our test sieves conforms to ISO3310:1990, ASTM, TYLER, JIS, DIN, BSI and subjects to tool microscope and projector examination.
2. Test sieves are suitable for exact mesh analysis, test, measure, classification of granular material, widely used in abrasive, building materials, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy industries, etc.

Structure
1) Screen frame: polishing or not, according to customer requirements
2) Screen cloth: two kinds-wire cloth, perforated plate
3) Screen cloth and frame are fixed by welding, can withstand temperatures up to 300 degree.

Usage
1. The standard test screen should be placed horizontally.
Confirm the power supply and nameplate requirements, and ensure that grounding; The vibrating part cannot contact with other objects; Make sure the bolts of each part are fastened.
2. Standard test screen determine the standard screen frame to be selected according to the inspected materials and corresponding standards.
3. The standard screen frame should be stacked on the base of the screen frame from bottom to top.
4. Standard test screen put the inspected material into the standard screen frame at the upper end, cover the top cover of the standard screen, adjust the height of the lever according to the total height of the standard screen frame, and then position and press the standard screen frame with the pressure plate and lock nut (note: both sides should be applied with the same force).
5. The standard test screen shall set the running time on the timer according to the material nature and feeding amount, and then turn on the power switch, and the standard test screen shall start to work.
6. After the work stops, unscrew the lock nut, remove the platen and carefully remove the standard screen frame.
7. Turn off the power.
