Has good dust prevention effect; Easy to achieve mechanization and automation, can reduce labor intensity, and save manpower; During the conveying process, multiple process operations can be carried out simultaneously, such as mixing, crushing, sorting, drying, and cooling.
Application Area
PCD pneumatic conveying equipment and systems have been widely used in industries such as building materials, chemicals, mining, electricity, and metallurgy. The conveying materials include cement, raw materials, fly ash, hydrated lime, dry discharged calcium carbide slag, slag powder, steel slag powder, coal powder, aluminum oxide powder, bauxite powder, phosphorus powder, pyrophyllite powder, and organic silicon powder.
Composition of dense phase pneumatic conveying system
Dense phase pneumatic conveying is a type of conveying with high concentration ratio, high mixing ratio, and low flow rate. The material is pushed forward in a group manner in a pipeline, forming a plug or sand dune shape. The main source of conveying power is the pressure difference before and after the material plug to achieve material conveying. It mainly includes compressed air source system, feeding system, control system, pipeline system, material storage and its ancillary systems.
1) The compressed air source system mainly consists of an air compressor, an oil remover, a dryer, an air storage tank, and pipelines, providing high-quality compressed air for material transportation and air control components. High pressure Roots blower can also be used instead in short distance transportation.
2) The main purpose of the feeding system is to supply materials from low-pressure containers to high-pressure conveying pipelines, and to ensure that the materials are evenly mixed with compressed air as much as possible when entering the high-pressure pipelines. At present, the common feeding devices mainly include silo pneumatic conveying pumps, and high-pressure rotary feeders can also be used in situations where the conveying distance is not far. At present, the main feeding devices used by our company include F-type silo pneumatic conveying pump, V-type silo pneumatic conveying pump, and L-type silo pneumatic conveying pump.
3) The control system is mainly controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) based on microprocessors, which can achieve on-site manual control, automatic control, or remote computer centralized control. The actions of various mechanical components can achieve automatic operation and data collection of various control components in the conveying system, and it is equipped with manual operation switching function.
4) The pipeline system includes conveying pipelines, elbows, necessary variable diameter and gas filling valves, etc., mainly to ensure that materials are transported in a closed state without causing pollution to the outside world, and to ensure the mixing state of materials with gas during the transportation process, to prevent the occurrence of pipe blockage.
5) The material storage and its ancillary systems mainly include devices such as material storage, material level gauge, pressure vacuum release valve, dust collector, discharge valve, etc.
