Descripition
Rotary valve is famous as it can feed dry materials such as powder or small particles from the upper bin to the feeding equipment continuously and uniformly. It is an auxiliary conveyor device, and the rotary valve is widely used as feeding equipment for a materials system in building materials, chemicals, metallurgy and light industries.
The air lock feeding device of the vertical mill sends the materials into the silo by the elevator, through the air lock feeder into the blanking pipe, and then into the mill disc. During the operation of the mill, the resistance generated by the natural accumulation of materials' column 'in the extremely strong negative pressure system is used to lock the air, eliminating the original air lock feeder, and adding a simple air lock feeding device at the feed inlet and slag outlet. After the materials in the silo are measured, It directly leads to the feed inlet of the mill. The open square feed pipe inside the original vertical mill is replaced by a closed round feed pipe. The air lock feeding device is fixed at the feed inlet and slag outlet of the mill with flange connection. A speed regulating motor can also be set at the slag outlet. The device can greatly improve the performance of the whole machine, and improve the output and quality. And reduce the cost of the whole machine.

【Working Principle】:
The rotary air lock feeder is composed of shell, rotor, drive part, etc. There are rotors with multiple blades inside the feeder. The materials in the upper bin fall down and fill the gap between the blades by their own weight. The materials are discharged at the lower material inlet with the rotation of the rotor. Since the space between rotor blades is uniform, the rotor speed is constant.
The rotor blades are made of special wear-resistant materials, which can ensure good contact between the blade end and the inner wall of the shell. After wear, the blade end can be easily adjusted to keep good contact with the inner wall of the shell, with good air locking function. The rotor can be ventilated with hot air and has a certain drying capacity. It can adapt to viscous materials with high moisture content and prevent materials from sticking and blocking.
