Description
PJP type positive pressure dilute phase pneumatic conveying jet pump is a kind of low pressure, dilute phase, continuous pneumatic conveying equipment. Compressed air transports powder and granular materials to the required material storage through the conveying pipeline.
Working Principle

PJP type jet pump pneumatic conveying system is composed of PJP type jet pump, pneumatic butterfly valve, pump top bin, manual screw gate and compressed air supply device, etc. The compressed air source is mainly Roots blower.
The powder and granular materials enter the jet pump through the manual screw gate, the pump top bin and the pneumatic butterfly valve. When the compressed air for conveying passes through the nozzles in the jet pump box, the high-speed airflow generated makes the jet pump box form a negative pressure state. When the expansion pipe of the device is used, the kinetic energy of the high-speed airflow is converted into static pressure energy, so that the powder and granular materials are transported to the terminal through the conveying pipeline.
The manual screw gate of the jet pump is used for debugging and maintenance, and the pneumatic butterfly valve is used for automatic shutdown when the conveying of powder and granular materials is suspended and the system pressure is abnormal.
When the positive pressure dilute phase pneumatic conveying jet pump is installed at the bottom of the silo to transport the material by the pressure of the material in the silo, the change of the height of the material in the silo will cause the material conveying speed to change accordingly.
