The process flow of gypsum vertical mill as a production equipment for building gypsum powder is: beneficiation → crushing (jaw breaking) → grinding dehydration → aging → packaging. This process involves the grinding and dehydration of gypsum in the same gypsum vertical mill equipment. The dehydration speed is fast and can be completed in a few seconds. The process is simple, requires less land, saves investment, and has low production energy consumption, high automation, and stable product quality. On the basis of digesting and absorbing advanced foreign technology, our company has designed and manufactured HVM gypsum vertical mill suitable for this production process, and has successfully put it into operation.

 

The main structure of the HVM gypsum vertical mill is composed of a separator, grinding rollers, grinding discs, pressurization devices, motors, reducers, shells, etc. The separator is an important component to ensure the fineness of the product, consisting of a speed regulator, motor, reducer, housing, air outlet, etc; Grinding roller is the main component for rolling materials, consisting of roller sleeve, roller core, shaft, bearings, etc; The grinding disc is fixed on the output shaft of the reducer, and there is an annular groove on the grinding disc, which is the rolling groove for grinding materials; The pressurization device is an important component that provides grinding pressure, consisting of a high-pressure oil station, hydraulic cylinder, pull rod, accumulator, etc; The reducer plays a role in reducing speed, transmitting power, and driving the grinding disc to rotate.

 

Working principle: The electric motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through a reducer, and the material falls into the center of the grinding disc from the feeding port. At the same time, hot air enters the grinding chamber from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves towards the edge of the grinding disc and is crushed by the grinding roller when passing through the circular groove on the grinding disc. The crushed material is carried up by the high-speed airflow at the edge of the grinding disc, and large particles directly fall onto the grinding disc for re grinding. When the material in the airflow passes through the dynamic and static separator, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls onto the grinding disc for re grinding, and qualified fine powder is discharged with the airflow, Collect in the powder collection device, which is the product. Materials containing moisture are dried during contact with hot gases to achieve the required product moisture.
