Hammer crusher is developed and applied widely in mines, quarries, road construction, building material, highway, railway, water conservancy, and other industries. The product specification is complete, the feed size from 150-1500 mm, hammer crusher crushing materials of compressive strength of up to 300Mpa, it is a complete set of broken lines in the first choice of primary crushing equipment.
Advantages
The crushing ratio is large (typically 10-25, the highest is 50), the production capacity is high, the product is even, the powder phenomenon is less, the energy consumption per unit product is low, the structure is simple, the equipment quality is light, and the operation and maintenance are easy. The product is suitable for crushing all kinds of medium hardness and brittle materials. The crushed material has a compressive strength of less than 150 MPa. It can crush raw materials of different sizes into uniform particles, which is beneficial to the next process, reliable mechanical structure, high production efficiency, and good applicability.
Working Principle
The motor transmits power through a belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion to the fixed jaw surround the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases when the moving jaw moves up. So the moving jaw closes to the fixed jaw, and the stuff will be crushed in multiple ways. The angle of the Jaw Crusher between the toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when the moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw of the jaw crusher moves away from the fixed jaw by the pulling force of rod and spring, the products after crushing will be discharged from the outlet of Jaw crusher.
