The ring Hammer mill collides with materials to break the material by high-speed rotation. It has the characteristics of simple structure, large crushing ratio, and high production efficiency. Cement, coal, metallurgy, building materials, highways, and fuels are finely divided into medium hardness and brittle materials. The ring Hammer mill for plaster can adjust the purlin gap according to the user's requirements and change the discharge granularity to meet the different needs of different users.
The crushed materials are coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, brick, limestone, and the like. It is also used to crush waste of wood, paper, and broken asbestos cement with strong fiber structure, elasticity, and toughness to recover asbestos fiber and so on. In addition, the Hammer mill for plaster can be used not only for crushing production lines, sand production lines but also for conical crushers in beneficiation production lines.
Working Principle
The motor transmits power through a belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion to the fixed jaw surround the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases when the moving jaw moves up. So the moving jaw closes to the fixed jaw, and the staff will be crushed in multiple ways. The angle of the Jaw Crusher between the toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when the moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw of the jaw crusher moves away from the fixed jaw by the pulling force of rod and spring, the products after crushing will be discharged from the outlet of Jaw crusher.
