Structural Features And Working Principle

1. Structural features The machine mainly consists of base, housing, dial, vertical knife, wire cutter body, cross cutter body, transmission system and electrical control system. The machine base, casing, hopper and main components are made of stainless steel to ensure long-term work without rust, non-toxic and other characteristics.

2. Working principle The dial of the machine drives the object to be cut to rotate at a high speed. Using the centrifugal force of the object, the object to be cut is cut into pieces by means of a vertical knife, and then cut into strips by a disc cutter, and the material to be cut is sent into the horizontal direction. Cut the knife edge and cut it into the desired cube or cuboid by a cross cutter.
