Introduction:
This machine is suitable for cutting frozen pork, frozen chicken (without bone) and the same type of frozen meat from minus 5 to minus 10 degrees Celsius. It can cut 3-15mm square cubes and 3-17mm square strips in various directions to meet customer needs.

Cutting Principle:
The infinitely adjustable slicing knife first cuts the product in slices. Next, the circular knives cut the slices into strips. Finally, the crosscut knife spindle cuts neat dices to the desired height.
