The Micro Linear Voice Coil Motor Drive Shaft Actuator is a high-precision motion control device that provides fast, smooth and highly responsive linear motion.
Micro linear voice coil motors allow for nanometer-level positioning accuracy, making them ideal for the high-precision machining required for laser cutting. Since the Micro Linear Voice Coil Motor is directly driven, it eliminates the need for clearance of mechanical transmission components and has an extremely short response time, allowing for quick position adjustments.
The Micro linear voice coil motor actuator has a compact structure and can be easily integrated into a welding robot arm without adding excessive weight or taking up much space.
Micro Linear Voice Coil Motors During the welding process, the actuator can be used to adjust the height and angle of the welding head to suit the shape of different weld seams.
In robotic multi-axis systems, the actuator works in conjunction with other drive components to accomplish complex spatial trajectories. The distance of the laser cutting head can be adjusted in real time to ensure the consistency of the cutting surface.
Semi-enclosed motors with shaft voice coil have a built-in motion shaft and precision linear bearings.
The kinematic shaft is made of lightweight, highly rigid and wear-resistant materials of high quality.
The actuator coil is lightweight, with short response time and high frequency.
