Industrial Homogenizer Equipment for liquid Cosmetic Machine The series Upper Homogenizer vacuum emulsifying machine is a new type emulsifying machine independently developed. Our machine proves to be the first choice for cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries to manufacture high-grade products like creams and ointments.
Industrial Homogenizer Equipment is composed of pre-mixing tank (water tank and oil tank), vacuum emulsifying tank, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, discharge system, electronic system and operating platform.
Industrial Homogenizer Equipment series High shear homogenizer adopt most advanced technology for rotor and stator precise positioning, which is the core technology for emulsifying effect. The whole machine system adopts hydraulic lift style, frequency converter speed adjusting system, easy to operation and maintenance. The bi-direction material absorption system makes good homogenizing effect. This model is widely used in liquid chemical, cosmetics, food beverage, papermaking, daily products industry.
Features of Industrial Homogenizer Equipment
1. Mixing oil and water phases materials in high speed to get perfect emulsion product of good quality.
2. Machine consists of vacuum-resistant vessel with jacket for heating and cooling. Equipped is including high speed homogenizer, scraping agitator, vacuum pump, and hydraulic pump for lifting, heating & cooling system.
3. With vacuum pump to take the air bubbles out of mixed product, and extend the time of storage.
4. Scraping unit is with moveable Teflon scrapers to scrape off the materials on the tank wall and the anchor to move the materials to the center area to get better blending and mixing. The Teflon scrapers are maintained manually and easily without any tool.
