Temperature Control

We use the electricity heating pipe to heat the thermal medium inside the jacket to heat the material. The heating temperature is settable and can be controlled automatically. It is also ok to input steam for heating and input cooling water to the jacket for cooling the materials down, easy to operate.

- Mixing way

Homogenizer and blade agitator can be used separately or at the same time. The micronization, emulsifying, mixing, dispersing of materials can be finished in a short time.

 
It is mainly suitable for production of ointment and cream products in cosmetic and pharmaceutical plants. The emulsifying effect is more prominent for materials of high base viscosity and high solid content. 
 
1. Mightiness balance isotactic curve rotor is matched with stator with corresponding structure to realize liquid high-capability cut, rubbing, centrifugal to make sure exquisite and slick cream; boiler body and pipe surface mirror polishing 300mesh(sanitation grade) accords with daily chemical and GMP regulation.
2. The emulsifying pot lid can adopt hydraulic lifting system, easy to clean and cleaning effect is more obvious, the emulsifying pot can adopt tilt discharge.
3. Advanced PLC touch screen control is optional. The heating method mainly includes electric or steam heating for customer's choice.

Vacuum emulsifying main machine:
· Slow mixer 10-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 1150-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam (standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head, discharging port, dustproof respirator.

Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine

Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
