Cosmetic Cream Manufacturing Equipment Description:
1. The vacuum homogenizing emulsifying mixer is suitable for high viscosity such as cream, lotion, ointment and toothpaste etc.
2. The homogenizer lead material to work under the homogenizing status to achieve the effect of completely emulsifying.
3. It is widely used in paint, food, bio-pharmacy, cosmetic, raw materials of chemical etc.
Cosmetic Cream Manufacturing Equipment Main characters:
1. This machine can homogenize and emulsify high viscosity material easily (above 50000c.p.s).
2. Vacuum, heating and cooling can be completed at the same time.
3. The part of machine contacting with material is made of SS316L stainless steel to prevent material from corrosion.
4. It can mix under vacuum condition to get better material.
5. It can be customize according to requirements.
Cosmetic Cream Manufacturing Equipment :
· Slow mixer 0-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 0-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam (standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head, discharging port, dustproof respirator.
Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
