Vacuum Homogenizer Mixer description
Vacuum Homogenizer Mixer use for semi solid preparation like cream, lotion, ointment, soft gel, toothpaste. This machine also can use in cosmetic and pharmaceutical plant. This machine including main mixing machine, oil tank, water tank, control system, heating system, vacuum system, lifting system etc. so it can help customer to operation the machine easily. This machine including slow mixer and homogenizer, it can running stable and get high-quality effect of emulsifying and mixing. This 5-100L Vacuum emulsifying mixer equips wheels it can easy to moving to any room and easy to cleaning.
1. The mixing system is designed for manufacturing cream, lotion, syrup etc. with different features
2. The speed of mixing and homogenizing system can be adjusted according the different process technologies
3. The digital time and temperature indicator are set on the control cabinet. User will detect the working time and temperature easily
4. Homogenizing is processed by CNC lathe and applies Japan and German technology to achieve fine and smooth material
5. Vacuum system makes the whole operation in the vacuum condition so that there are no bubbles in material.
6. machine conforms to cGMP and ISO standard.
This system is equipped with CIP cleaningball. The parts of container, which contact the material, are made of SUS316L and inner surface mirror polish is up to 400MESH (sanitary level). In order to ensure stability of control part, the electric control parts apply the products from German Siemens, the press key from Japan FUJI company, frequency converter from panasonic Company, and vacuum pump from zhuoxin. The unit is made completely in conformity with GMP and is the most advanced, ideal ointment and cream production equipment currently in China.
Vacuum emulsifying main machine:
· Slow mixer 0-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 0-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam (standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head, discharging port, dustproof respirator.
Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
