Advantages Compared With Other Vacuum Frying Machine
1. The vacuum frying equipment produced by Liuyi Machinery does not have the hydraulic equipment on the fryer. This equipment has been prone to damage for a long time (2-3 years). Moreover, this type of equipment sputum oil can only be used on equipment with low capacity. If a large machine with 200 kg is used for one time, it will directly affect the oyster sauce effect.
2. The equipment of Liuyi Machinery has fast oil simmering speed and low oil content. 300 rpm, some manufacturers' equipment is set to 800 rpm, but the actual speed is less than 100 rpm. Our deoiling adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, suitable for all products with low oil content and high oil content. Low speed is used for stirring, high speed is used for oil separation, time relay is used to control the reverse rotation of the fry basket, and the heat transfer effect is enhanced.
3. The heater of Liuyi Machinery is made of 316 stainless steel with high temperature resistance to fluoroolefin (it is easy to clean with water to protect the product from secondary pollution). The oil is heated at a high speed, the heating area is large, and the oil circulation is 35-minutes per minute. 40 cubic meters, 8-13 minutes after the start-up cycle can reach the oil temperature required for frying; evenly heated, the product that is fried has good color.
4. Some manufacturers' heating methods are sandwich heating, which requires a plate heat exchanger. The heating rate is slow, and it needs to be preheated for about 30 minutes, and the products in the pot are not heated uniformly, which affects the color and quality of the product.
In addition, the wall of the sandwich heating pot is subjected to high pressure, on the one hand, it has to bear the steam pressure in the interlayer, on the other hand, it has a high degree of vacuum inside the pot, and the pot body is easily deformed for a long time.
