It adopts the newly designed de-oiling device and the combination of compact structure, coordinated motion control and mechanical transmission, and the use of strict dynamic and static sealing structure, which greatly improves work efficiency, reduces investment cost and reduces fuel consumption. The oil content of potato chips is also lower (below 20%).

- Oil steam heating system consists of the cut-off valve, steam solenoid valve, safety valve and related valves and pipelines, monitoring instruments, etc. it used for heating the frying oil.
- Hydraulic system consists of the hydraulic station, hydraulic cylinder, and other components. Used for the manual basket lift and automatic frying process
- The electric control system adopts the internationally well known PLC, touch screen and low voltage electrical apparatus, which is used for system protection and automatic control
- The oil removal system is used for vacuum centrifugal oil removal to reduce the oil content of fried foods.
