2. The de-oiling frequency can be controled and adjusted. It fits for all the goods with low and high oil content. Low speed use for frying, high speed for de-oiling. Time relay control the forward or reverse of basket to strengthen the heat transfer effect.

3. The heater is made of 304 stainless steel, which is resistant to high temperature and fluoroolefin. It is easy to clean with water and protects the product from secondary pollution.

4. The oil heating speed is high and area is large. The oil circulation is about 35-40m3/min. It only need 8-13mins to reach needed temperature. The heating is evenly to make sure the color is good.

5. Vacuum pump noise is below 60db.
