The ultrasonic vibration sieve apply an ultrasonic vibration directly to the screening mesh. The vibrating sieve action injects a secondary high frequency, low amplitude vibration to improve mesh deblinding and screener performance. Touch panel controls enable many of the settings to be easily adjusted by the operator - allowing for optimal performance. The ultrasonic vibrating sieve action greatly increases mesh life, since there is no harsh abrasive action to impair tension and cause wear.
