Tube Ice Machine Biref Description
ALLCOLD engineers designed the unique Tube Ice Machine specifically to freeze ice automatically in vertical tubes, momentarily thaw ice loose from the tubes and then cut it into short cylinders with a hole in the center. The hole in the ice cube is formed during the formation of the ice as a result of the falling film of water freezing inside the vertical tubes.
Tube Ice diameter options:
Our tube ice is hollow,cylindrical ice with external diameter of φ22,φ29,φ32 or φ35mm and length of 25-55mm.The diameter of the inner tube ice hole is usually φ5-10mm,but can be adjusted according to the ice making time.

(5). As soon as ice off, the water of low temp. is using for ice-making,which saving energy & increasing the drum volume of production of ice.
(6). Air pressure control excludes the risk of rupture of the evaporator drum.
(7). All the running status playing live in touch-screen, convenient as your family air-conditioning.
(8). Perfect failure &trouble-shooting querying system with red warning signal flicker if any failure occurred.
(9). Stop-time could be set at your will.
(10). The thickness of the tube ice could be adjusted with setting the icing time.
