Vacuum Cooler Brief Description
Vacuum cooling technology is based on the phenomenon that water starts boiling at lower temperatures as the pressure decreases. When the vacuum pressure reduced to the water boiling temperature at 2 ⁰C, the boiling process takes away heat from the product. The product can be cooled down to 1 or 5 ⁰C within 20 – 30 minutes.Meanwhile, the products cooled the same temperature from core to exterior.
