Install
1. During the transfer or assembly process, the ceramic vacuum relay may adsorb conductive salt and other dirt (such as hand sweat) on the surface of the ceramic shell. These dirt will reduce the high-pressure performance of the product, which may cause the surface of the ceramic vacuum relay to arc or leak. Current. Therefore, it is best to keep the ceramic surface clean during use.
2. Avoid causing the ceramic vacuum relay to be impacted. The impact may cause the ceramic vacuum relay to leak, change parameters, and fail.
3. Due to the slight deflation of the material, the vacuum ceramic vacuum relay may generate 1-2 times of tiny inrush current when the high voltage is applied between the disconnected contacts or the contacts to the outer casing after being stored for a period of time. Avoid this current to damage the coil supply line. Ground the case when installing the ceramic vacuum relay.
