I. Application of VFD-R

Most power equipment is using transformer oil for its dielectric properties for cooling, insulating, and protecting the active parts. Transformer oils are highly refined oils that consist mainly of a mixture of hydrocarbons. Over time, oxidation by products start to form in the oil. Increases in oxidation by products result in the increase of acidity (neutralization number) and decrease the interfacial tension of the oil. At this stage, sludge starts to form, and oil is losing its dielectric properties because it is getting old. To prevent further deterioration of oil and possible damage to the active part of the transformer, oil needs to be regenerated. 

VFD-R Transformer Oil Regeneration Purifier can dramatically improve the properties of used transformer oil, it can :

II. Advantages of VFD-R

• NSH VFD-R Transformer Oil Regeneration Plant can deal with high voltage oil from above 110KV, 500KV, and 1000KV, etc. All insulating oil like used transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on can be totally regenerated from used oil to be new oil by VFD-R series. As an important and necessary on-site transformer oil cleaning and transformer maintenance system, this plant can inject oil into the transformers on-line too. And it can be used as an independent vacuum resource plant to vacuuming transformers very fast.
