Product introduction:
VFD series insulated oil double stage vacuum oil purifier absorbs advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad to innovate design, has excellent cost performance. In the oil treatment process and equipment performance at the leading level, set vacuum flash drying technology and "step by step" filtration technology in one. It has the advantages of high working vacuum, fast oil filter speed and oil protection. It can more efficiently remove the moisture, impurities, hydrocarbons and other harmful gases in the oil, improve the flash point and compressive strength of insulating oil. It is mainly used for the purification of high pressure and ultra-high pressure electric oil, and can increase the breakdown voltage of oil above 35KV. The parallel use of the regenerative device can accelerate the acid removal, decolorization, reduce the dielectric loss, acid value, and further improve the insulation strength of the oil.
What is Oil Purifier?
Oil purifier is a filter device which uses gravity centrifugal pressure vacuum distillation mass transfer and other technical methods to remove the oxidation by-products and moisture of mechanical impurities in impure oil. Oil purifieris mainly used to improve the cleanliness of mechanical and electrical oil, so that it can play the best performance and extend the service life of equipment.
Filter maintenance:
1. Check the blocking of the filter element
2. In the case of no blocking 1 to 3 months to replace or clean the filter element, at the same time empty the shell visceral oil, clean the interior
