Sino-NSH-GER is regeneration system for waste engine oil including disel engine oilk, gasoline engine oil, as well as used hydraulic oil and some other machinery's lubrication oils.
Sino-NSH-GER is designed with the combination technology of physical and chemical processing, can effectively remove aging products and contaminants from used oil. Physical processing method can remove solid particles, water, gas, etc. Chemical processing method allows removal of colloid, oxide, acid, pitch in the used oil. Specially, this system can restore the color of used oil and remove the scent rapidly.
Sino-NSH-GER is an environmentally friendly system, abandon traditional acid processing method, effectively solve the envirnomental pollution caused by the old technology of waste oil recycling. Various options are available for this system to improve the automation of operation.

Application

Waste oil regeneration treatment system is suitable for the decolorization, deacidification, regeneration and purification of seriously aged waste industrial lubricating oil and hydraulic oil; it is used to restore the physical and chemical properties of the oil, so that the purified oil can reach the national standard new oil quality and be reused.

This equipment is widely used in petroleum, chemical, cement, metallurgy, mining, power, shipbuilding, machinery, military industry, such as industry used engine oil, gear oil (open and closed), hydraulic oil, molding oil, cooking oil, rail oil, compressor oil, vacuum pump oil, total loss system oil, axle oil, pneumatic tool oil, rail oil, bearing oil, cylinder oil, transmission oil, change Compressor insulation oil (mineral type, synthetic oil) and other industrial waste oil regeneration.

Features

1. 3D vacuum separation technology can be used to separate the bad components of waste oil. The separated bad components are pumped into the condensation system by vacuum negative pressure for cooling, and collected to the pollutant collector for storage until discharge.
2. Negative pressure cyclone separation: traditional oil filter adopts pipeline circulation, first through the heating pipe, then filtration, and then degassing separation, heating and separation disconnection phenomenon occurs. Our company adopts the technology of "negative pressure cyclone separation", that is, the oil is stirred and heated under vacuum negative pressure and completed at one time. The separation efficiency is dozens of times that of similar products. Never damage oil: unique negative pressure cyclone separation device, oil surface and inner layer temperature balance. The heating pipe wall temperature of traditional oil purifier is above 300℃, and the oil is aged instantly. The inner layer and surface of the constant heat device used in this product are about 80-100℃, so as to ensure that it will never damage the oil and restore the physical and chemical indexes of the oil. The equipment can help oil restore viscosity, acid value, freezing point, pour point, emulsification performance, viscosity temperature performance, corrosion performance, oxidation stability performance, and improve the flash point of oil 5%-30%.
