What is the emulsification process in cosmetics?
1. Typical lotion
These heating and mixing steps typically use propeller impellers. Emulsifying the mixture begins when the heated water and oil phases are mixed together, and mixing continues to achieve homogenization. Once this is achieved, the product can be cooled by stirring.
2. Multifunctional mixer
According to the production process and material properties, design different types of mixer combinations (disperser, emulsifier, mixer, mixer, etc.). Suction, heating, etc. can be customized.
3. How does an emulsifying blender work?
After the materials in the water container and oil container are heated and mixed, the vacuum pump sucks them into the emulsification container. Use an intermediate stirrer and a Teflon scraper to remove residue from the walls of the emulsification vessel. The production materials are then cut and concentrated with a blade.
