Description:
UW-M series plastic extrusion laminating line using polypropylene (PP) and low density polyethylene (LDPE) as raw material, after hot melt extrudering film from the barrel, evenly coating at all kinds of substrates such as: woven bag, kraft paper, cloth surface laminating, under the action of laminating device, the substrate bonding strengthof plastic film and substrates ≥ 3N, it can be single or double-sided laminating at one time.
▪ Based on glue dot transfer technology, glue is evenly transferred to lining of fabric in the form of dots, and then laminate to shell of fabric.The laminated fabric is resistant to Resistant to dry cleaning, sand washing and washing
▪ Equipped with automatic hydraulic rectifying device, pneumatic rectifying device, conveyor belt, wire distribution device, cutting device, blowing device, with a high degree of automation procedures, reduce the operator and reduce the cost.
▪ The laminated material can rapid cooling to ensure the best laminating effect as it equipped with a cooling device.
