Descripition:
Polypropylene FDY spinning machine, the spun polypropylene screw extruder, equipped with large area of the melt filter and with efficient static mixer and spinning beam. bottom round-shaped or tops rectangle-shaped spinning components, lateral blow and oiling system, heating roll.

1. Adopting lengthened screw rod extruder polyester with AC variable frequency speed control.
2. Adopting new spinning chamber and mixing/even melt pipes.
3. Adopting large area spinneret with self-sealed component on round or rectangular shape.
4. Adopting accurate-measuring planet gear pump and fast-detachable lifting/drawing drive rod.

Our engineer understand a little English. All our engineer have more than five years machine installation experience. In addition, they can use body language to communicate with customer.
9: Can you help us find any engineer in our location?
Of course, we will check and inform you as soon as possible.
10: How do we solve the machine problem after your engineer leaving?
Generally speaking, there will be no problem after finish installing. In case you have any problem. You can contact our sales at any time. Our engineer will take a solution video according to your description
