The anti-slip pad on the bottom helps keep your pad in place. To achieve good heat dissipation effect and avoid intermittent charge, we also designed heat dissipation holes at the bottom to keep your phone cool while charging.

Built in FOD function.Please note that cases made of metal, external attachments such as magnets, credit cards, grips, and stands will cause foreign object detection and interfere with charging.

8. Warning & Tips :

• Please use our standard PD adapter for power input , if you used an un-normal adapter , it may cause the charging pad work un-properly .
• We strong recommend to use a branded adapter while charging.
• Please do not attempt to disassemble this product, it may result in short-circuit or even damage.
• The product should be kept in dry and ventilated environment, do not store in an area of high humidity and high temperature.
• Please do not use organic solvent to clean product surface.

9. Servince :

Delivery:

1. We provide 12 months warranty for all products except accessories.

2. Promotion products only offer replacement and maintenance services.

3. Refund not available(except products not as described);

4. Artificial damages(screen dropped or broken,scrathes etc) is out of warranty, customers need to pay freight and new parts changed's cost if need maintenance;

4. Items returned after 7 days upon delivery are only for repair.

6. The shipping cost will be affored by customer and our company.
