Description
The mould laser welding machine was originally designed for mould industry for molding and repairing of plastic molds, die-casting molds, extrusion molds, glass molds, plastic blow molds, rubber molds, molds of digital products / mobile phone / toy / automobile / motorcycle / etc. By applying suitable soldering wires, it is possible to fill the crack or blowholes and reuse the mold which saves production cost and improves working efficiency significantly. General laser mould welder also can be used in metal sheet stitching welding, pipe/ tube conjunction welding, and manufacturing of sensor, level switch and fine auto parts, etc.

1. Adopted UK imported ceramic condenser cavity:
Corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, long service life.The laser power feedback control system to ensure the stability of laser energy output.
2.Motic HD microscope:
10 x microscope amplification,cross cursor indicator,and adopting advanced automatic shading system.synchronization with the laser output of shielding gas,to make sure the solder joints and beautiful and smooth.
3.CCD Camera:
Adopts China famous brand CCD camera, LCD screen and red pointer.
CCD camera can photo-shot the welding details and transmit the signal to LCD screen.The welding effect is more clear and intuitive.
4.X / Y / Z three-axis mobile work platform:
Electric lifting for the working table,fixed focus more quickly.X/Y platform design sports flexible, able to complete a one-time combination welding curves, straight, single-point and other complex processes.
5.LCD Colorful Screen:
The operation interface of the welding machine control system is simple and practical.Pulse width, frequency and speed can be adjusted on the screen and no need PC. Can save 50 sets of frequently used welding parameters. easy to use.
6.Water Chiller:
BY-LW36 Industrial chiller.Cooling capacity of 3600W, high power cooling effect is more stable.With compressor could cool down laser quickly to ensure that the laser has stable power and efficient and fast operation.
Exclusive no water warning and automatic protection system, if there's no water or the water flows in opposite direction, System alerts and stops working,can protect the working life of laser effectively.
7.LED Light:
Standard comes with 2 high-light camera auxiliary lights, a white CCD auxiliary light, and a blue microscope auxiliary light. The auxiliary lighting uses energy-saving high-light bulbs with clear imaging and good heat dissipation effect, and will not burn the skin for a long time.
8.Foot Pedal:
Protective foot switch can prevent the switch from being touched by mistake.
