1. Ricoh G5 Print Head
Adopting gray level G5(Ricoh) stainless steel internal heating industry head which has high performance in speed and resolution. It is suitable for long-time working, 24 hours running.
2. Sectional Aluminum Alloy Vacuuming Platform
Sectional vacuum suction platform, easily choose the vacuuming sections, good for various sizes of personalized printing; it will improve the utilization of materials.
3. Automatic Anti-collision Sensor
The safety anti-crash sensor can detect the media circumstance beforehand and protect the print heads from a crush hazard. After that, you can resume printer, which will help you save media.
4. Automatic Height Measurement System
The printer automatically measure with senses distance nozzle and media, which eliminate the procedure that we measure thickness by ourselves.
5. High Precision Screw Rod

Q1:What materials can UV printer print?
A:UV printer can print almost all kinds materials, such as phone case, leather, wood, plastic, acrylic, pen, golf ball, metal, ceramic, glass, textile and fabrics etc.
Q2:Can UV printer print embossing 3D effect?
A:Yes, it can print embossing 3D effect, contact us for more information and printing videos.

Q4:Does printing materials must be sprayed a pre-coating?

Q9:What about maintenance of the printer?
A:The printer has auto-cleaning and auto keep wet system, each time before power off machine, please do a normal cleaning so that keep print head wet. If you don't use the printer more than 1 week, it’s better to power on machine 3 days later to do a test and auto clean.
