Description
1. Frame steel plate 18MM, size phi 140mm*1330mm, shaft head phi 35mm, 45 steel, shaft bearing using Japanese NSK with seat ball facing ball bearing series.
2. The reducer of xinyi brand from Taiwan is selected for conveying, and the motor is 1.5kw xinyi brand from Taiwan, controlled by schneider inverter from France.
3. Size phi 250mm*1450mm, primer machine using shao hardness 30-35° rubber roller, topcoat using 30-35 degree rubber wheel, bearing using Japanese NSK, model 2211K (adjustable ball bearing taper hole series), choose Taiwan xinyi brand reducer, motor using 1.5w, Taiwan Xinyi brand, schneider inverter control.
4. Automatic lifting, using Taiwan brand gear reducer series, motor using Taiwan brand 0.4kw.
5. Wide stainless steel reflow tank, removable design, more convenient to clean.
6. Feeding anti-collision baffle protection device, feeding anti-deviation device.High flow pump is used.
