UV Coat Roller Varnish
Advantages:
1) 100% curing ingredient.

Technology Data:
1) Surface: Light yellow, translucent flow liquid.
2) Viscosity : 15-50 seconds (TU-4 Cup/25℃)
3) Non-volatilization ingredient : ＞99% .
Instructions:
1) It may varnishing on the roller coating ,flexographic coating machine & blanket roller coating machine with UV drying equipment .
2) Please adjust temperature or add professional diluent to varnish viscosity when work temperature is low or varnish viscosity is high.
3) Please use UV ink printing under color. Please pay attention to adherent if varnishing on the other ink.
4) To choose one of the way on-line, off-line, wet to wet & day to wet to varnishing.
5) Please use the blanket of resin relief plate or offset printing.
Notices:
1) Validity period: 6 months.
2) Storage in the shady & cool place , avoid the high temperature and sunshine from penetrating directly (Under 30℃)
3) It’s possible not good adherent on some printing stocks & undertones . Please make a trial and confirm it before manufacture.
4) It’s not harmful to your health and safety . If attached on the skin or cloth, someone will be anaphylactoid reaction . Please use clean soapy water immediately.
